Friday’s weather seemed to damper both spirits as well as scores as the entire field was challenged by patches of wind and rain at the already challenging Winthrop Gold Course.
Paul McBeth has a comfortable lead going into the 3rd round but after a ruling was made on hole 11 it seemed as if the scope of the event would change drastically.
Originally I had planned on recording highlights from all over the course but with the weather and sweet action I was drawn over to hole 12 where I then followed this leader card featuring Paul McBeth, JohnE McCray, Patrick Brown and Will Schusterick.
